TOWN OF DELISLE CENTENNIAL HOMECOMING AND SCHOOL REUNION JULY 18,19 & 20th, 2008 The Town of Delisle was incorporated as a "Village" in 1908. Over the past 100 years there have been many changes in our community, families coming and going, businesses opening and closing, depression, epidemics, good times and bad, but through it all our town has remained a thriving community. The "Delisle Centennial Committee" wishes to announce a "Homecoming" and "All Class Reunion" which will be held July 18, 19 & 20th., 2008. Meet former neighbours, classmates, teachers and friends that you may have not seen for many years. We have planned many fun filled activities for the weekend as you can see by the attached agenda. There will be "rustic" camping facilities available which will include bathrooms, and shower facilities will also be available. Electricity will NOT be provided. Various locations have been set aside for the numerous classes to meet and reminisce. Please print and fill out the registration form and return it to “Delisle Centennial Committee", Box 143, Delisle Sask., S0L 0P0. as soon as possible. Early registration is not only helpful to the committee, but also ensures your involvement in any of the activities which can only accommodate a limited number of participants. Those interested in slow pitch, etc., will be entered on a "first come, first serve basis". Although the committee has strived to obtain addresses for each and every student, there are certainly some which we may have missed, and we would appreciate you telling your friends about our celebration. Early registration deadline is May 15th, 2008, and must include your cheque or money order. Please make cheques payable to "Delisle Centennial Committee”. Hundreds of former residents, students and staff will find their way back to Delisle for this "Gala Event" Please plan to be here ! Note: For those of you who are able to register early, May 15th,2008 is only our deadline. Registrations received earlier than this date would be greatly appreciated.
